Welcome to Pitrone, Sorkin & Jarvis Orthodontics, where we create simply sensational smiles for each patient. Our orthodontic practice is committed to delivering personalized treatment, in a family-friendly and welcoming environment, where each patient is respected and cared for in a compassionate, gentle manner.
We have served patients from Maryland and Pennsylvania for more than 40 years, and are now honored to be treating the children and grandchildren of some of our first patients. Dr. Margaret Pitrone, Dr. Stacey Sorkin, Dr. Jeffrey Jarvis, and Dr. Daniel Hoffacker, as well as each member of our team, are always aware of the trust our patients and their parents place in us to create their new smiles, and strive to exceed their expectations.

Because we have four doctors in our practice, and we consult with one another on every case, each patient has four experts developing his or her treatment plan. And because we utilize the most proven treatment processes, and our offices are equipped with the latest technologies for diagnostics and care, our patients enjoy shorter treatment times and stronger, lasting results.

We understand that each patient’s orthodontic needs and goals in seeking treatment are different, so we develop customized treatment plans that work specifically for them and their requirements. Every treatment step has options, and we identify which are right for that patient.​

At our practice, we believe it’s essential that patients and parents are involved in the process. We welcome parents into our treatment areas to be part of the experience. Questions from patients and parents are encouraged, and our team is skilled at explaining different aspects of care, such as what is happening and why it needs to happen, in an accessible manner.​

We also believe in getting to know our patients and families on a personal level, to develop lasting relationships with them. Each of us loves to meet new people and hear their stories, swap jokes, and learn about their lives.
