MEET DR. DANIEL HENRY HOFFACKER
Dr. Hoffacker received his Bachelor of Science in management information systems from the University of Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School at the top of his class, and was awarded numerous honors for academic excellence and outstanding leadership. Most of his patient’s call him Dr. H or Dr. Dan.
After dental school, Dr. Hoffacker completed a comprehensive three-year orthodontic specialty residency and master’s degree, also at the University of Maryland Dental School. Again, Dr. Hoffacker earned top distinction for his outstanding academic achievements, attention to detail, and quality patient care.
Dr. Hoffacker is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and many other local and national dental and orthodontic associations.
Dr. Hoffacker comes from a long line of dentists. His grandfather, father, and uncle all graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School going back to 1939. Dr. Hoffacker was born and raised in Hanover, PA, and is quite a fan of Hanover’s own UTZ potato chips and Snyder’s pretzels. But don’t worry: Dr. Hoffacker is quite active and can be seen working out at the gym on a regular basis. In his free time, Dr. Hoffacker also enjoys sports, travel, and spending time with his wife Jan.
As a dedicated orthodontist, Dr. Hoffacker is passionate about orthodontics and loves creating beautiful smiles for all of his patients.
